Halloween was a very successful night for Asa. I had relaxed my no candy rule and he took advantage with lightening speed. We went trick or treating in our little neighborhood. There were kids running everywhere trying to load up on candy. It was just like the good ol' days. Asa was in the fringes of it all. He was being admired (he is currently one of the youngest kids on the block so everyone loves the 'baby') and loves the attention. When candy was dropped in his bucket he immediately removed it and started working off the wrapper. With one candy in his mouth he was ready to move to the next house. Once the second piece of candy hit his bucket he removed what was left of the first from his mouth and started working on the second. So he continued down the block. I can't even count the pieced of candy the boy consumed!

Farm
We attended a stake activity located at a "farm". We are not sure what they were farming, but it didn't really matter because they had everything Asa loved. There were kids everywhere, but even better there were tractor and horse rides. Asa could hardly contain his excitement. He grabbed my hand and pulled me over to the horses. Then danced around in impatience as he waited his turn. I thought the shear mass of the animal would sober him up a bit, but that was not the case.
